Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by Customer
You can cancel your booking free of charge if you inform us at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the pickup time may have a small cancellation fee applied.
Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that we cannot provide a driver due to extreme circumstances, we will inform you immediately and process a full 100% refund of any advance amount paid.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 working days depending on your bank.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the trip or billing, please contact our support team within 24 hours of trip completion. We will review the issue fairly and resolve it quickly.
