By booking a driver through Spare Drivers, you agree to these terms. Our service is strictly limited to providing a professional driver for your vehicle.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure their vehicle is in safe working condition, has proper fuel, and valid insurance. The customer is responsible for all toll charges, parking fees, and road taxes during the trip.
Driver Responsibilities
Our drivers will operate your vehicle safely and follow all traffic rules. They are not responsible for carrying heavy luggage or performing mechanical repairs on your vehicle.
Liability & Damages
While our drivers are highly trained, Spare Drivers is not liable for any mechanical failures, traffic fines due to vehicle condition, or accidents caused by third parties. Vehicle insurance must cover driving by a third party.
